Rosy’s practice spans appellate and high-stakes litigation, cross-border investigations, and asset recovery.

Her appellate experience includes victories before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals, including securing, within her first two years of practice, a reversal before the Tenth Circuit on behalf of a victim of terrorism. In trial-level and class action matters, Rosy has litigated nationwide cases against Google LLC, leading automakers, and the country’s largest drug distributors and pharmacies.

Rosy also advises sovereigns, individuals, and corporations in cross-border civil and criminal matters. Fluent in Spanish and experienced in managing matters—and teams of investigators and local counsel—across Latin America and Europe, she handles issues involving asset tracing , post-judgment enforcement and defense, and disputes involving the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

She has served as Deputy President for Region VIII of the Hispanic National Bar Association and as Chair of BSF’s Hispanic/Latinx Affinity Group.
