Signe is a litigator who represents both plaintiffs and defendants. Her practice encompasses antitrust and competition, class actions, commercial disputes, white collar defense, and sexual misconduct litigation and investigations.
Signe’s recent matters include the representation of classes of sex trafficking survivors and healthcare providers, the defense of a client against a government investigation, and several multimillion‑dollar contract disputes. In her pro bono practice, Signe has represented nonprofit organizations and survivors of sex trafficking and abuse.
Prior to joining the firm, Signe argued and prevailed in three felony hearings before the Santa Clara County Superior Court on behalf of the People of California through Stanford’s Criminal Prosecution Clinic. She also served as a teaching assistant for the course Oral Argument Workshop and was on the boards of the Stanford Law Association, the Kirkwood Moot Court Competition, If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, the Asian & Pacific Islander Law Students Association, First Generation & Low-Income Professionals, and the Women of Color Collective.
