Steven has a wide range of experience in various areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on private investment funds, joint ventures, special situations investing, compliance and business advisory work. Since rejoining the firm in 2013, Steven has been working on a variety of matters.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Steven was an associate general counsel (2007-2012), and a vice president (2011-2012), of Tudor Investment Corporation, a registered investment adviser of hedge funds and, at the time, private equity funds.
