Theodore’s practice involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation in federal and state courts.

Theodore joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. José A. Cabranes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. While in law school, he externed for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut, appearing in court on behalf of the government in multiple criminal matters. Previously, Theodore served as an explosive ordnance disposal officer in the U.S. Army, deploying both stateside for disaster response and overseas to U.S. Central Command.

Admitted to practice in New York only; application to practice in D.C. pending; supervised by a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
