Tom’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, including representing a Fortune 500 company in a breach of contract dispute. His practice also includes antitrust law, government contracts, and global investigations and white collar defense.

During law school, Tom interned for Hon. Trey Allen of the North Carolina Supreme Court and served as a student attorney in the university’s Domestic and Sexual Violence clinic, helping victims of domestic and sexual violence obtain protective orders against their abusers.
