Virginia’s practice focuses on assisting private clients and family-owned businesses in generational transfers and asset protection. She routinely renders legal assistance to private parties and companies in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, Virginia gained experience both in judicial and nonjudicial matters concerning civil and commercial law.

Virginia recently attended a post-graduate master class focusing on legal and tax issues related to the field of wealth management.
