Virginia Raimondi

Virginia’s practice focuses on assisting private clients and family-owned businesses in generational transfers and asset protection. She routinely renders legal assistance to private parties and companies in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, Virginia gained experience both in judicial and nonjudicial matters concerning civil and commercial law.

Virginia recently attended a post-graduate master class focusing on legal and tax issues related to the field of wealth management.

Virginia's experience includes:

• Assisting a family business in its global estate planning through the establishment of trusts and operative companies across multiple jurisdictions
• Assisting the performance of an extraordinary cross-border transaction involving companies located in various jurisdictions
• Assisting a family business in a group restructuring involving a holding company and a corporate governance reorganization
• Drafting commercial contracts for an Italian subsidiary of a U.S. company in the start-up phase of its business in Italy
