Brooke’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and alternative dispute resolution. Her clients value her comprehensive approach to litigation and risk management, her thorough, detail-oriented approach to fact development, and her experience with regulatory agencies and government investigative authorities.

Brooke is currently defending a medical device manufacturer in a putative class action and related investigations, and pursuing litigation on behalf of a beneficiary in the contest of a mismanaged estate. 

Brooke also assists with the firm’s pro bono partnership with Legal Services of the Hudson Valley.

  • Representing a scholar and television commentator in a defamation suit
  • Representing a private equity fund in an arbitration involving executive termination
  • Representing The Weinstein Company in litigation over its decision to move “Project Runway” from NBC Universal's Bravo network to the Lifetime network
