Jenny is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in securities and financial products litigation. She has successfully handled cases in both state and federal courts in virtually every area of commercial litigation, including employment, bankruptcy, intellectual property, antitrust, structured finance, and products liability. Jenny has also successfully represented a number of European financial institutions and funds, and understands these clients’ concerns when faced with litigation in the United States.

Jenny is also experienced in managing complex discovery in large-scale litigation, leveraging her extensive knowledge of legal tech to provide her clients with the most effective, efficient, and streamlined processes to handle eDiscovery. She has managed teams conducting discovery in connection with several Chapter 11 bankruptcies, across multiple states, internationally, and across multiple related cases, including RMBS.

In 2023, Jenny was named one of the Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America for commercial litigation.
