Since joining the firm in 2017, Will’s practice has encompassed a wide range of high-stakes and complex civil litigation, representing individuals, corporations, and sovereigns as both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal trial and appellate courts. His cases have involved commercial contractual disputes, antitrust actions, and APA challenges, including class actions.

Will has experience working on a diverse array of cases throughout their lifecycle, from investigation and fact development, through filing a complaint, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals. This broad experience has prepared him to litigate complex issues of law and fact on any new case at any point in its development.
