Boies Schiller Flexner partner Adam Shaw and associate Jenna Smith published their quarterly article in the New York Law Journal looking at cases of significance in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. This quarter’s column addressed two recent decisions: Salamone v. Douglas Marine, where Judge Mae D’Agostino addressed some of the procedural peculiarities of personal jurisdiction, and Singh v. American Racing-Tioga Downs, in which Judge Lawrence Kahn revisited the particularity required to allege a relevant market for antitrust claims.
