Kenmare Resources plc has announced that the Government of Mozambique has approved the renewal, until 2044, of key rights and concessions governing processing and export activities at the Moma Titanium Minerals Mine. The agreement provides Kenmare with long-term certainty to continue investing in the project and supporting its host communities.
The firm advised Kenmare in the negotiations. The agreement demonstrates how BSF’s international arbitration team works with clients to protect their investments and resolve complex issues through strategic engagement, helping to avoid formal disputes where commercially possible while preserving clients’ legal rights.
