Partner Valecia Battle was named a 2026 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow, and associates Savannah Mora and Rachel Noveroske were named 2026 LCLD Pathfinders.
The LCLD Fellows Program identifies high-potential attorneys and prepares them for leadership through professional and personal development, leadership training, and relationship-building opportunities. The LCLD Pathfinder Program equips high-potential, early-career attorneys with practical tools to develop and leverage career and leadership skills.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 300 member organizations, including corporate legal departments and law firms, whose leaders are personally committed to building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive legal profession. To date, more than 7,000 attorneys have participated in LCLD’s Fellows and Pathfinder programs.
