Boies Schiller Flexner partner Douglas Miller will speak at Securities Enforcement Forum West 2026 on Thursday, May 21. Formerly supervisory trial counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Los Angeles Regional Office and an assistant U.S. attorney prior to that, Doug will join the panel, “Defending Parallel Investigations Involving the SEC, USAO, Cal. DFPI, and Others.”
