Reporting on First Department reversal of decision denying BSF client Maurice ("Hank") Greenberg access to documents claimed privileged by AIG created when Greenberg was Chairman and CEO of the company.  The article quotes BSF partner Nick Gravante as saying "the appellate court has recognized Mr. Greenberg's 'unequivocal right' to these legal documents, which AIG has illegally withheld from Mr. Greenberg for three years.
