Boies Schiller Flexner partner Adam Shaw and associate Jenna Smith published their quarterly article in the New York Law Journal looking at cases of significance in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. This quarter’s column addressed two recent decisions, one regarding a recent water contamination settlement and the second involving a granted motion for class certification of student loan borrowers who allege that a group of student loan lenders and servicers violated their rights to prepay their federal student loans.
