Alex represents plaintiffs and defendants litigating complex disputes before state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Before joining the firm, Alex clerked for the Hon. Wendy Beetlestone, Chief Judge of United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to clerking, Alex served as a legal fellow at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, representing clients in affirmative civil litigation. His successes included a proposed class action against the New Jersey State Police, which caused the agency to overhaul its procedures for performing criminal record expungements, as well as a victorious appeal before the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
