Amy is a trusted litigator in complex, high-stakes disputes, with experience spanning government investigations, class actions, and business disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Hon. Leonard S. Grasz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She has a particular interest in constitutional law and previously practiced at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, where she represented clients in lawsuits against state and federal governments, achieving precedential victories in federal district and appellate courts. 

During law school, Amy served as an Executive Editor of the Stanford Law Review and a Managing Editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review and worked as a teaching assistant for former U.S. Circuit Court Judge Michael W. McConnell’s constitutional law class. Known for her ability to translate complex issues into persuasive advocacy, Amy continues to leverage her editorial and teaching background—from crafting winning briefs to presenting technical issues to judges and jurors.
