Andrew represents high-net-worth individuals, political leaders, corporations, and sovereigns involved in complex multijurisdictional disputes and investigations, white collar criminal defense matters, and high-stakes regulatory and enforcement proceedings. He is a results-oriented advocate who provides practical, strategic counsel to clients navigating consequential matters where legal, reputational, and political considerations converge.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew represented a U.S. president in multiple high-profile criminal proceedings brought by both a state prosecutor and a federal special counsel. In that role, he advised on complex constitutional, procedural, and strategic issues under intense public scrutiny, developing a deep familiarity with the unique challenges that arise at the intersection of law and public affairs.
Andrew began his legal career as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard K. Eaton of the U.S. Court of International Trade, where he worked on appeals of decisions by federal executive agencies in the import regulation space. That experience provided him with a strong foundation in administrative law, customs and tariff regulations, and the regulatory framework governing international trade.
