Brian is a litigator focused on complex commercial disputes and class actions. He has assisted both plaintiffs and defendants with federal, state, and cross-border actions spanning various subject matters, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, securities fraud, unfair trade practices, and accounting fraud. He handles a wide range of pretrial and trial litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and oral argument preparation.
Before joining the firm, Brian worked as a paralegal at a firm specializing in class and collective actions relating to securities fraud, consumer fraud, antitrust violations, and employment disputes. During law school, he interned with Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, helping indigent individuals secure their rights to fair and safe housing. He also externed with the New York City Law Department’s Environmental Law Division, and served in Fordham’s Legislative Advocacy Clinic, working to protect the rights of intersex individuals.
