Brittany Zoll

Brittany represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial, securities, and antitrust litigation. She has represented clients across a wide array of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical, automotive, and energy. Brittany also assists corporations, board committees, and individuals in internal and government investigations, including those brought by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In all her matters, Brittany seeks to provide creative solutions and efficient, effective counsel.

Admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania and U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Middle District of Pennsylvania. Not admitted to practice in Florida.

• Advising a high-net-worth individual in bringing strategic litigation against his former company

• Representing a special litigation committee of an energy company in a bribery-related investigation

• Obtaining a full summary judgment victory for the former CEO of a car rental company defending compensation claw back claims

• Defending individual commodities traders in an antitrust class action litigation

• Representing the audit committee of a media company in a shareholder demand investigation

• Representing an energy company to prepare for trial in an antitrust and breach of contract case

• Defending a broker-dealer in a FINRA arbitration brought by a former employee

• Counseling a board of directors in a high profile SEC investigation related to the CEO’s social media activity

• Representing a pharmaceutical company in two bet-the-company antitrust class actions

• Representing individuals pro bono in a class action against the Department of the Navy to obtain disability benefits
