Her experience includes advising large corporates and working with both public and private sector clients in the government, gaming, telecommunications, and financial services sectors across a wide range of disputes concerning contractual, regulatory, negligence, and cybersecurity issues.

Prior to joining BSF, Crystal qualified in Australia and practiced at a top-tier law firm in Sydney.

Crystal's experience includes: 

  • Representing a Middle Eastern telecommunications company in a series of ICC arbitrations arising out of a joint venture transaction
  • Representing a life insurance business in a commercial arbitration concerning alleged breaches of a share sale and purchase agreement
  • Representing a federal government agency in a class action defending alleged breaches of a novel duty of care to manage a river system
  • Representing a professional services firm in litigation proceedings concerning alleged misleading and deceptive statements made in respect of auditing services
  • Representing an investment company in enforcement proceedings arising out of breaches of directors’ duties
