David’s practice focuses on constitutional law, government investigations and white collar defense, government litigation, and appeals. Having clerked at both the federal district and appellate levels, David brings insight to the judicial process at all stages of litigation — from initial strategy and trial through final appeal.
Before joining the firm, David was a law clerk to the Hon. Rebecca Taibleson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Hon. Kirk E. Sherriff of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. During law school, he completed externships at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Office of General Counsel. Prior to law school, David was a management consultant serving clients in the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense.
