Federica is a dispute resolution lawyer with a strong focus on complex, high-stakes cross-border arbitration, and litigation. She advises Italian and international clients in high-value, multijurisdictional disputes, spanning contractual liability, construction, enforcement proceedings, and energy matters.
She has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings conducted under the MCA, LCIA, ICC, and UNCITRAL Rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. She has further strengthened her knowledge through advanced training programmes organized by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (MCA).
Prior to joining BSF, Federica acted before Italian courts and leading international bodies, including FIFA, the EFL, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS/TAS) in Lausanne, gaining substantial experience in sports litigation.
In addition to her disputes practice, Federica advises companies on intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on trademark registration and licensing, and provides strategic counsel on EU regulatory issues.
