Profile

As a former associate White House counsel to President Trump, a role where she served as a spokesperson on legal matters, Graziella brings a deep understanding of how major institutions navigate public scrutiny and strategic communications. She advises clients facing complex political, legal, and media crises, working with them to develop proactive and reactive strategies to their legal challenges. Graziella also regularly counsels clients on pardons and commutations, with particular insight into processes during the Trump administration.

Graziella has substantial litigation experience in high-stakes constitutional disputes, including advising on President Trump’s litigation priorities while at the White House and being involved in Associated Press v. Budowich, an ongoing First Amendment case that could clarify the constitutional limits on the president’s control over press access to him.

In her role at the White House, Graziella has also worked closely with leaders in the artificial intelligence sector, and she advises the industry on its emerging legal and public communications challenges.

Graziella previously was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm. She has also worked as an advisor on numerous campaigns, including Donald Trump’s 2020 and 2024 presidential runs; and she served as an advisor on the 2025 Trump transition team.

Graziella is fluent in Spanish and represents clients in national media appearances in both languages.
