Jack’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on corporate and finance disputes. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Jack has represented individuals and financial firms in post-closing M&A litigation, partnership disputes, valuation disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, and fiduciary duty matters. He has also worked on class actions, intellectual property litigation, and appellate matters.
