Kate currently represents a diverse set of plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation and has experience serving as a key member of a trial team.  

Her recent matters include the defense of a prominent life insurance company in class action litigation, representing investment funds in the prosecution of applications for discovery in aid of foreign proceedings, and representing an individual in a complex matrimonial matter that proceeded to trial.

In law school, Kate interned in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and at Sanctuary for Families.

Prior to law school, Kate worked as a program assistant at the Center for Court Innovation, an organization dedicated to fostering a fair and humane criminal justice system.
