Patrick represents clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts, including class actions, government investigations, white collar defense, and commercial disputes. He has experience in both trial and appellate litigation.
Before joining BSF, Patrick served as a law clerk to the Hon. Johnnie B. Rawlinson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to the Hon. Zack Hawthorn of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. During law school, Patrick gained valuable experience as an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and as an extern for the Hon. Ronald S.W. Lew of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
