Profile

Robert represents clients on both sides of high-stakes federal and state disputes. His practice spans administrative and regulatory litigation, constitutional claims, antitrust matters, and complex commercial litigation.

Robert has worked on appeals in multiple courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. These experiences allow him to bring an appellate perspective to each stage of a case. Additionally, he has defended religious liberties for several individuals on a pro bono basis.

Robert rejoined the firm after clerking for the Hon. Edith H. Jones on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. During law school, he externed for the Hon. Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. Michael T. Liburdi on the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
