Roger is a trial and appellate litigator advising companies and individuals in government litigation, constitutional matters, global investigations, and complex commercial litigation. Roger also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Boies Schiller Flexner, Roger served as a law clerk to the Hon. James E. Graves, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Hon. John A. Woodcock, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine. He also gained invaluable experience as an extern to the Hon. Laura Taylor Swain of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. 

Before law school, Roger taught in his hometown of Passaic, New Jersey through Teach For America and in Porto Alegre, Brazil as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant.
