Roman’s practice centers on plaintiff-side complex civil litigation across a variety of substantive areas, including commercial disputes, cryptocurrency class actions, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and patent infringement.
As a law student, Roman gained firsthand litigation experience through internships with the Hon. Paul L. Friedman in the U.S District Court for the District of Columbia and the Office of the Federal Public Defender in Virginia. He also first-chaired numerous criminal proceedings before the D.C. Superior Court and U.S. Parole Commission, through Georgetown Law’s yearlong Criminal Defense & Prisoner Advocacy Clinic.
