Tiziana provides advice to national and foreign companies on all aspects of employment law, including both litigation and out-of-court matters, with a focus on reorganizations and industrial relations, individual and collective redundancy procedures, occupational health and safety, whistleblowing, employment compliance and investigations, employment aspects related to ESG, as well as employment-related litigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Tiziana worked at one of Italy’s leading law firms where she has also been seconded to an Italian leading industrial company as employment and health and safety counsel, and later to a prominent U.S. law firm where she developed a specific focus on health and safety advisory to clients, employment-related investigations, procurement and value chain matters, AI and work-related impacts.
Tiziana is a regular speaker on Italian labor law developments, employment data protection, HR implications of AI, ESG and sustainability matters.
