Virginia focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. 

Virginia’s recent experience includes representing individual and institutional clients in high-stakes adversary proceedings, contractual disputes, government investigations, and litigation against municipalities.

Virginia also maintains a robust pro bono practice, and has represented survivors of sex trafficking and abuse, individuals and organizations seeking to uphold reproductive freedoms, and incarcerated persons asserting constitutional rights.

In law school, Virginia competed at the National Moot Court Competition, and was recognized as Runner-Up Best Oralist, Runner-Up Best Brief, Regional Champion, and National Quarterfinalist.
