Virginia focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. She has experience representing individual and institutional clients in high-stakes adversary proceedings, contractual disputes, government investigations, and litigation against municipalities.
Virginia recently rejoined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Kiyo A. Matsumoto for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
She also maintains a robust pro bono practice and has represented survivors of sex trafficking and abuse, individuals and organizations seeking to uphold reproductive freedoms, and incarcerated persons asserting constitutional rights.
In law school, Virginia competed at the National Moot Court Competition and won oralist and brief awards, including being recognized as a regional champion and a national quarterfinalist.
