Gina is a commercial litigator who represents companies and investors in complex, high stakes disputes, particularly those involving government contracting, regulated industries, and technology driven businesses.

Gina advises technology companies on disputes and risks arising out of contracting with the federal government. Her experience includes winning a preliminary injunction in the United States Court of Federal Claims enforcing the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act’s commercial item preference, preserving her client’s ability to compete in the federal marketplace.

Gina’s practice also includes securities litigation, patent and copyright disputes, and matters involving antitrust, breach of contract, and employment claims. She has significant trial and hearing experience and regularly plays a central role in developing trial strategy, preparing fact and expert witnesses, and litigating evidentiary and dispositive issues before courts and arbitral tribunals.

Before joining the firm, Gina served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mary Ellen Coster Williams on the United States Court of Federal Claims, where she worked on government litigation.
