Simon’s litigation practice extends to a diverse array of practice areas, and encompasses both complex criminal and civil litigation, as well as regulatory representation. He brings an attention to detail and a focus on the client’s goals to bear in crafting litigation strategies best-suited to each matter.

Simon has represented a number of individuals, including executives in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries, as well as corporate clients, in federal and state courts against allegations as varied as fraud, violations of import laws, theft, and assault. Simon has also has represented leading corporate clients in a wide range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, antitrust suits, Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations, and Congressional requests.
