Bryant advises clients in a variety of areas, including commercial and complex civil litigation, antitrust, commercial arbitrations, class actions, securities and shareholder disputes, government litigation, and global investigations and white collar defense.
Prior to joining Boies Schiller Flexner, Bryant served as a law clerk to the Hon. Kathleen M. Williams of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Previously, he was also an associate at an Am Law top 10 firm.
Bryant earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as a New York Pro Bono Scholar at Cornell Law Capital Punishment Clinic and Juvenile Justice Clinic, and was a general editor of the Cornell International Law Journal.
