Kate practices high-stakes litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants across a broad range of industries. She has experience in state and federal trial litigation and maintains an active pro bono practice.

Kate joined the firm after serving as a law clerk for the Hon. Roderick C. Young of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  

Prior to practicing law, Kate served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Army 10th Mountain Division (LI) where she led soldiers and managed medical operations while on deployment to Afghanistan. She continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve as a judge advocate.
