Profile

Lindsay focuses her practice on complex civil litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Lindsay’s recent experience includes representing individual and institutional clients in high-stakes commercial disputes, litigation against U.S. government agencies, and international investment matters.

In law school, Lindsay served as a research assistant to three professors and published several law journal articles, both as co-author and individually, including in the Missouri Law Review, the Villanova Law Review, and the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights & Social Justice. In the fall of 2022, Lindsay co-taught a seminar on theories of constitutional interpretation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law with the Hon. John Badalamenti, for whom she clerked.
