Natalia is a recognized corporate sustainability lawyer, with a strong background in civil and commercial law. She has longstanding experience advising leading Italian and international companies on ESG legal strategy, corporate governance, business and human rights, and diversity and inclusion.
She provides companies with legal and management advice, including integrating sustainability standards and ESG factors in corporate structures and global value chains through ethical codes, policies, contracts, stakeholder engagements, and due diligence activities. She advises oil and gas companies on ESG and legal impact issues according to the regulatory frameworks of the regions in which they are operating, and she helps draft commercial agreements to comply with ESG standards and policies.
Natalia has experience in sustainable finance and social innovation, assisting benefit corporations and public entities. She also deals with nonprofit entities, charities, social enterprises, and NGOs, advising them on incorporation, reorganizations, extraordinary transactions, and amendments to bylaws.
Natalia regularly participates as a speaker at seminars and conferences on corporate sustainability as well as lectures at universities. Natalia is an external lecturer at the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers - Department of Public Function for the management and implementation of interventions within the scope of the Social Innovation Fund FIS 2021-2023. She is a lecturer at the Master “ESG and Sustainability” - Il Sole 24 Ore Formazione.
She is also a member of the core faculty of the Cottino Social Impact Campus, where she is a lecturer at the Master “Legal Impact.”
