Othmane advises and represents multinational corporations, sovereign states, and state-owned entities in investment treaty and commercial arbitration, from pre-dispute strategy through to enforcement. He acts in high-value disputes and emergency proceedings under most major arbitral rules, including ICSID, ICC, LCIA, SCC, SIAC, and HKIAC, across sectors including mining, energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure. He also advises clients on dispute-related communications and media strategy.

Before joining the firm, Othmane practiced at a leading international arbitration firm in Paris. He previously spent three years at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, where he administered over 100 arbitrations and acted as tribunal secretary. He is regularly invited by USAID to train lawyers and government officials and to advise on the establishment of arbitration centers across Asia and the Middle East.
