Becky’s practice focuses on complex, cross-border matters, with an emphasis on international private client services, global investigations and white collar defense, crisis management, asset recovery and judgment enforcement, international arbitration, and government litigation.
Becky has experience conducting internal investigations, including in connection with a court-appointed bankruptcy examinership involving cross-border operations, where she participated in witness interviews and synthesized findings.
