Sam represents business clients across a wide range of industries, including e-sports, media, education, transportation, hospitality, fitness, banking, and securities.

Sam has litigated individual and class action claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, tortious interference, breach of contract, unfair competition, misclassification, wage and hour, and PAGA. Sam also has experience litigating workplace accidents involving fatalities and serious injuries. She litigates these and other claims across all forums, including federal and state court, and in regulatory and arbitral forums. 

Sam's recent experience includes:

  • Initiated state court and arbitration complaints on behalf of e-sports clients for breach of contract
  • First-chaired FINRA arbitration on behalf of a financial services client in defense of customer complaint
  • Defended California-based client with over 150 store locations against class action wage and hour and PAGA claims
