Samantha focuses on trial and appellate litigation. She has drafted briefs in federal court and has supported all stages of complex litigation, from discovery and depositions to filing a petition for certiorari before the U.S. Supreme Court. Her practice spans diverse legal areas, including antitrust, constitutional law, sports and gambling regulation, Indian law, and space law.
Samantha returns to the firm after clerking for the Hon. John K. Bush of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She previously externed for Hon. Dabney L. Friedrich of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and Hon. Thomas R. Lee of the Utah Supreme Court. During law school, she served as Space Law Society co-president, Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy senior articles editor, and a teaching fellow in torts and negotiations.
Admitted to practice in Utah and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit only; application to practice in D.C. pending; supervised by a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
