On Tuesday, January 18, Boies Schiller Flexner Chairman David Boies will argue on behalf of firm clients, David Cassirer and other petitioners, in Cassirer v. Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection Foundation, a dispute over ownership of a painting stolen by the Nazis in 1939.
The other BSF team members include Steve Zack, David Barrett, Andrew Brenner, Scott Gant, Rossana Baeza, and Brandon Butterworth.
